Hi baby girl, it's been so long since I've written to you. When Lissy (yes, we still call her that) told me she had written to you I knew it was time to write. Life just keeps moving so fast. Your beautiful girls are such amazing young women now. So often they will make a gesture, have a certain look or say something that is so much like you that it's amazing. I find myself seeing so much of you in them. Chelsea will be 21 this year and her birthday wish was to go back to Las Vegas and stay at the Flamingo "where mommy worked". So daddy and I are taking her there. I remember seeing you working at the counter and your big beautiful smile. Alyssa graduated high school with honors and is going to Sonoma University and we get to help her set up her dorm. She told you all about it already! I love them so much and feel honored to have played a small part in helping to raise them in your honor. Not that is what any of us wanted to happen but since god called you home we do the best we can. Aunties and uncles have been good substitute parents and love them as their own children. We keep your memory alive through stories and memories that we each have of our lives together. 

Dad and I just keep getting older, can you believe I'm 63 and dad is 69! I don't feel that old except sometimes I do get tired and have new aches and pains. LOL! I still love my garden and have more time to work in it being retired. I sure love being in Sacramento near the whole family. Well, Lissy is moving to Sanoma for school but it's not very far away so we will still see her.

Oh, guess what. Daddy surprised me for our 40th anniversary with a cruise to Alaska! We've been before but it will be fun to go again. Our last trip was to the Panama Canal and we had a blast. John and Karen our best friends went with us and we had so much fun. In August we are taking Logan to Legoland iand he is excited to ride in a plane again. 

Baby girl I miss you so much! Even though I talk to you every day and pray to you every night I just wish you were here to talk with me. One way conversations are the pits! I keep you in my heart always and long to be together again.
